Gene E. Devoe, 100, of New Vienna, passed away on Sunday Jan. 22, 2023 in Wilmington. A graveside service will be on Thursday at the Centerville Cemetery, Lees Creek at 12:30 P.M. under the direction of the Littleton Funeral Home.
