I sold Gene his office building on Shades Crest Road and he made the entire transaction so very pleasant. He was an icon in the appraisal industry and he will be greatly missed by all who had the honor to know him.

Gene was a distant relative. I remember him as a very intelligent person who attended Edgewater Grammar Schoool many years ago and lived with me and my family for a short time.
