Not sure what to say?

Miss GAG. After I left Leslie Controls, we still chatted about twice a year, miss that! Had the opportunity of having lunch with his son Richard in Charleston after Gene died. Unfortunately I sold my beach house there a few years ago. As I started, I miss GAG!

My condolences for your loss. I took over for Gene at Leslie Controls (Tampa, FL) in 2001. Gene stayed on to help me with the transition and we spent many hours together - a true gentleman, professional and scholar. His favorite mantra was "go back to basics" - in which he was 100% correct. I am so glad I got to spend some time with him!

Dear cousins,
We are so sorry about Uncle Gene's passing. You have our deepest sympathies and are in our thoughts and prayers.
Love,
Chrissy, Dan, Joseph and Gianna Leonardi

Very sorry to hear the passing of Gene Gowe..

I feel lucky that I had the opportunity to know him. As recent as a year ago we got together in Charleston where I have a beach home, and chatted the...

He was a talented and gifted professional and a close friend, and I am very saddened by his death. We got together about a year ago in the Charleston area where I have a beach home, and chatted away the entire day and half the evening. I have been reminiscing about all the good times, both...
