Ms. Honaker was a joy. She resided in the Cottages with my Mother and they became friends and "dining" buddies. Ms. Honaker always had a wonderful attitude and friendly approach to all she did. She was so very proud of her Pelican and Iris collections and made a point to show all newcomers at the Cottages her beautiful things. My Mother misses her friendship and camaraderie. I will greatly miss knowing that she is not next door keeping everyone company and being a "good, good, good"...

I knew Mrs. Honaker when I was involved with organizing troops for Girl Scouts. She was a wonderful person and truly was a joy to know and work with. I was very sorry to hear of her passing. My deepest sympathy to the family.
