Not sure what to say?

Gene will always be missed , if you have ever had the pleasure to have met or known him, he is unforgettable. Gene had a wonderful sense of humor and was extremely kind and caring i will always carry Gene's memory in my heart. I was one of the many persons that had the pleasure to know such an amazing soul and he will always be missed.

Gene worked in our emergency services office for many years . We all enjoyed working with him and how amazingly kind and caring of a volunteer he was. Gene had a sense of humor that brightened every ones day.
I remember when he was so involved in the Adoptive Family Program through ST. Vincent De Paul for Christmas he had the nick name Mr. Christmas . Gene was a wonderful volunteer and friend to so many people, and is always missed by the hearts that he touched.
Thank you for...

Gene Killeen was one of the most amazing people I ever met. Gene could make anyone laugh, and was so much fun. I remember coming to work one time and when I sat down, something went squeeeeek! Gene had put one of those fart joke cushions on my chair! He also was a very wise man. He helped myself and Karyl Miller keep our jobs, and made sure we were taken care of when they cut our hours. I can remember when Gene was the head of the Adoptive Family. He made sure a lot of families got help with...

We had the pleasure of working with gene in our office. Gene was a wonderful caring and comppasionate volunteer.what i remember about Gene was his witty sense of humor. We all looked forward to working with him I also remember that he also volunteered for the adoptive family Christmas program and helped many families to have a memorable Christmas holiday.
my prayers go out to the family at this difficult time.

The Staff at the main office of St. Vincent de Paul were very sad to hear that Gene had passed. Gene was so dedicated to working to make things better for the poor. During Christmas for a number of years he made sure that children received a toy with the family Christmas Food Box. We shared much laughter with a wonderful man--to Sherrie and the children we are very sorry for your loss. We all loved Gene--even his jokes. Most of all we loved his laugh--he found joy in so many things....

I miss playing cribbage with him at Riverside and his smile.

We are so saddened to hear of your loss. My memories of Gene and the entire Killeen family are such happy memories. When we were kids, our times together were always happy and full of laughter - Ill remember him fondly as always having an infectious smile and a joke.

We are so sorry to hear of your loss of Gene. Ed remembers well the first time he and Gene met and the many wonderful years that followed. Our prayers are with all of you.
