I was deeply saddened by the news of Gene's passing. My heart felt condolences. Sending Love, Hugs and Prayers to all.

The first time I met you, you were wearing a jacket with the name "Lumpy" embroidered on the chest, and I knew immediately you were going to be a cool guy. You were one of the wittiest people I'd ever met. The last time I saw you I almost closed my car's lift gate on my head and you whispered under your breath, "blonde." What an amazing person! He certainly is and will be missed! A man I'll never forget! A smart man, level headed, brilliant, witty, wise and omnipotent. An honor to have known this man! The type of guy you hope your sons will grow up to be. The type of guy you hope your daughters will marry. A man with big ideas and grand actions! A man greatly respected by me and many others!
