Not sure what to say?

I'm sorry to hear about Gene's passing. Sending my deepest sympathy to all the family members. Our families made some great memories over the years in Alexandria.

Dear Ed and family, I am praying for you....Gene was a wonderful mentor and friend. She taught me quite a bit as a 'green' kid just out of high school! I loved her sense of humor, and her quick wit. I am blessed having known you both.

Carol, Janet and families, I am so sorry to hear about your Mom. My thoughts and prayers are with you as you go through this difficult time...but also, thoughts of so many happy days spent with you and your Mom in the house in Alex...she welcomed me like another daughter...wonderful memories. Tracy Warner Sanner

Unfortunately, I will be unable to express my synpathies in person. Please know my heart, prayers and memories are with you - Tim

Ed and Family,
Thinking of you. With Deepest Sympathy in the Loss of Gene. I have known the Maxwells' for a long time!! Gene was a great person. She and Ed lives on the same side of W. Main ST., as Burton and myself has lived for 40 years. We were in the Order of the Eastern Stars, different Chapters. We attended the Alexandria Baptist Church. She will be missed. May the Memories of Gene live forever in your heart, to bring you comfort and strength. God Bless. Love & Friendship, Helen

I will be thinking of you Ed and your family thru this time of grief.
