Truly an apostle of Jesus and imitator of his words and ministry you will be missed and always loved to the family you have my condolence and peace at this time knowing what and who he is to so many

Gene was the nicest, kindest man I had the pleasure of getting to know over the last year. I will never forget the one day he asked me to run to his daughter and remind her to bring him his slippers the next time she was there. He was always easy going and a joy to be around, I will miss him dearly.
