I remember the very first time I went to Zero's. Gene was there and I introduced myself as the person who was working for Don Fett and that I had met many of his family members. He laughed and said, well, with all that I am not sure if I should give you a free sub or charge you more. Geno was a special life long friend of my recently deseaced husband,Mike Wilson. Although Geno could no longer travel to Key West they rountinly shared many lively long distance calls to one another and hopefully they are once again sharing their friendship. Geno was a good spirited happy man who lived his life to his fullest. I know that Debbie and all his wonderful family are left with a large hole in theirs hearts and my deepest sympathies are extended to all of you.

Geno, you were a humble man and brought a great deal of laughter to the table. You were a great paisan who loved his family, friends and culture. I truly have a sinking feeling for yuour loss. I give strength and praise to Rachel and Bob, Tony and Pam and all the other family members that were so blessed to have him in his Life.
