Gene taught me to fly in 1956 and we worked together at American Tank until 1961. My wife and I visited him and Lara in Vallecita and lost track of them after that. Please accept my condolences..He will be missed by all who knew him.

My earliest memories of cousin Gene was when he was very small and he loved to come to the Wahlgren's house next door to stand around the piano in the evening and sing the popular songs of the days that his Uncle Harry and my Father loved to play. I loved Gene. ALl us Wahlgren girls did.
