Not sure what to say?

Coach is what I called him. He was a great influence in my life.
Thanks Coach Taylor for being you.

I'm am so sad to hear of Gene's passing. We were high school friends, and I adored him. I always enjoyed reconnecting with Linda and him at our high school reunions. They were unable to attend our 50th reunion, and I missed visiting with the two of them. Linda, you are in my thoughts and prayers. Gene will always have a place in my heart and live fondly in my memories.

Mr. Taylor, was the most awesome man I've ever had the priviledge of knowing in my life. He was a great boss, the most important thing to him was his family, and he loved being county attorney, and I was lucky enough to have worked with him for ten years. My best to Linda, she was his rock, and all his wonderful children.

Sincerely,

Rev. Rian Cole

I WAS PRIVALEGED TO SERVE ON THE WILLIAMSON COUNTY JUVENILE COMMITTEE, WITH GENE TAYLOR, FOR A FEW YEARS AND ADMIRED THE INTEREST THAT HE SHOWED IN WANTING TO HELP THE JUVENILES TO GET THEIR LIVES IN ORDER HE WAS TRULY CONCERNED.

Gene was a kind and caring boss who took a genuine interest in his employees. I was a single parent of a very athletic son. Gene understood. I never missed one away game. Sam and I will treasure his friendship and sound advice.

My sincere sympathies for the Taylor family. Gene was such a nice man and I always enjoyed talking with him at the courthouse.
