Just wanted to drop a note for my old friend "Beaner".We became friends in junior high.I remember spending quite a bit of quality time at the Willey household.Although i have not seen Gene in over fifty years i still have good memories.It saddens me that we never got together later in life.I am not surprised by the many accolades Beaner acheived in life.I always knew him as a kind individual with a big heart.I am very sorry to hear of his passing. So very sorry Bonnie to hear about Gene. I saw him over many years--usually at Carole and Gary's house. My sincere sympathy and condolences.
