Met General Johnson and the Chairman of the board in Winterville NC, at their Strawberry Festival. It was years ago. His music will always be great. I as a teenager back in the 1960s wanted to meet him. Glad for that chance. Sorry for his family's loss. His music will always live on as great beach music.
