            Mr. Geno Leon Freeman, age 41, of Rome, passed away on Monday, July 18, 2016.


            Mr. Freeman was born in Rome, Georgia on August 7, 1974, son of Lonnie Ingram and the late Brenda Ghorley Terry.  He worked for a number of years for Church Chair.  In addition to his mother, he was preceded in death by a brother, Joseph Freeman.


            Survivors include five children, Austin Freeman, Rome, Ashton Freeman, Rome, Arlen Freeman, Rome, Arianna Sanders, Rome, and Alek Shelley, Colorado; a granddaughter, Addyson Freeman; father, Lonnie Ingram; siblings, Amy Jarrett, April Byess, Jeremy Terry, Michael Terry, Matthew Terry, Robin Smith, Krissie Jarrett, Candlella Roland and Deon Ingram; grandparents, nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.


            A private memorial service will be held at a later date.


            Henderson & Sons Funeral Home, South Chapel, makes this announcement for the family.

I hadn't seen him in a few yrs..but last time I saw him ..I was down on myself he ate a plate of food with me..drank a coke and just talked to me which was at the time what I needed.. than he was on his way home..he was truly one of a kind..big heart..your gonna be missed by so many people..and to them I say remember the good times and know in your heart that he is with GOD and the angels watching all of ya'll..still taking care of ya'll from above..and let peace fill your hearts knowing he...

Your huge heart heavy hands and handsome face will forever be a legend not just a memory...I truly can say I'm proud to call you my brother...Fly High Big Bro....I love you
