I am so sorry to hear about Jeff's passing. I lived next door to the Goss's and remember when Jeff & Joanie built their beautiful home on Webster Road. I have fond memories of Jeff & Joanie as a couple - I thought they were so cool, and they were very kind to me. Jeff was an awesome man. He was a strong supporter of our local community. He served on the Fair Board for many years. He gave me the belief that I could carry on his legacy serving on the Fair Board because we both wanted to serve the youth of Imperial Valley. Jeff set a great example in being a leader, a great father and a devoted husband. Jeff will be missed by many. RIP Cowboy.
