Geoffrey R. Rogers

When I entered the workforce at the age of 12 or 13 as part of the janitorial crew at Seymour Christian School, Geoff was the first boss I ever had, and I worked several years for him. At the time, I just knew we were having a blast as we cleaned the entire school each summer. (Ohhh, the stories we could tell!) But looking back, I marvel at Geoff's kindness, humor, skill, and ability to wrangle a crew of young teenagers with such grace and encouragement. It was a formative time for many...
