My thoughts are with you, the family of Jeff. I was alerted by Kathy Richardson of his death. We were all classmates at Holy Trinity High.

Judge, I will always remember the warmth, gentle humor, and thought you put into your life on the Bench. You commanded respect from all of us who appeared before you, and you always let us know that you really cared about every life you touched.
