Geoff was not only a coworker, but one of the first guys I met down in the Atlanta office when I joined Nextel. Geoffrey was a junior officer aboard the submarine USS L. MENDER RIVERS. I was his CO. In a cadre of incredibly talented and capable young officers he was a standout. I am so sorry that we have lost him.

Our thoughts and prayers go out to the entire Royal family. Geoff was a great man and co-worker. He had very high integrity with a strong desire and focus to do the "right thing". Geoff was always willing to lend a helping hand and his positive approach was refreshing. He had a lasting impact that will stick with me and others he has touched. Geoff will be greatly missed by all.

Geoff was a great friend and coworker. He was smart, hard-working and dependable. He was always willing to help others and gave his best at everything he did. He will be missed for his friendly nature and bright smile. I will miss the stories and laughs we shared at work. May God bless his family and friends during this difficult time.

My condolences & prayers go out to the Royal Family. Geoff was an exceptional co-worker but more importantly a good friend. We worked hard together but also shared many laughs together. Whenever I needed help Geoff was always there to give support. When I became very ill earlier this year he was there to handle my work for me while I was out. Geoff was simply a very giving person. And anyone who had the pleasure of meeting Geoff immediately recognized his positive and uplifting personality....

Geoff was a great guy. Very sharp and a genuine, nice guy. I was always impressed whenever I worked or talked with him.
