It´s still hard to process that someone as accomplished, and kind, and intelligent left so soon. He´ll never be forgotten by anyone who had the pleasure to meet him. Thanks for the reminder Joyce.

Joyce, I am so sorry for your loss. My son Jason just informed me yesterday about Jeff. He was a fine young man, greatly respected by his classmates at the Academy. I remember our time together in the Naval Academy Parents Club
