Geoffrey R. Tate

Geoffrey passed away on Wednesday, March 2, 2011. Geoffrey was a resident of Chicago, Illinois at the time of his passing. Geoff graduated Plainfield Central High School in 1998 and attended the University of Iowa and Northern Illinois University. A Celebration of Geoff�s life will begin at 5 pm on Sunday March 6 at the funeral home chapel. Visitation will be from 1 pm until the time of the memorial service at.
