George Peter Adlhoch passed away peacefully at age 94 on March 3rd, 2023. George lived a life of adventure, death-defying luck, and devotion to family. His journey began on January 20, 1929. (His favorite trick question was, "Who was president that day?" Look it up.) He was born on the cusp of...

Not sure what to say?

I can still hear George´s dry, witty remarks, always delivered with that signature smirk, and I´ll never forget his love for a good nightcap to end the evening just right. One of my most cherished memories is traveling across the vast, untamed beauty of Africa on safari with George and his brothers-an adventure filled with laughter, camaraderie, and the kind of stories that last a lifetime.

Dr. Adlhoch was a great family friend to my parents, Paul and Nora Dantas. He was the kindest man and we are so grateful to have known him and his family! Our condolences, prayers and hugs to his entire family.

George was a friend and colleague. He was gentle, kind and helpful. Sorry to hear about his passing. My condolences to his family. May his Soul Rest In Peace.

We are so sorry to hear of George´s passing. Hold close those beautiful memories. The obituary was a wonderful tribute to a life well lived. Sending prayers for you all.

In loving memory of a wonderful person. We will love you and miss you always.

Our family dinners will never be quite the same without George. He always loved coming over amongst all the chaos of grandkids running around. He loved a good joke and of course his Manhattan. He would come in and say "Where is my favorite bartender?" George was always kind to my family and treated us all as one of his own. The world needs more people like George. Please don't send flowers, instead plant something in your yard that you can enjoy and remind yourself of a time you spent with...

The dash between 1929 - 2023 represents a wonderful, full life. George had a great, albeit very dry sense of humor. I thoroughly enjoyed the safari with George in Botswana. George doing a zip line in the Victoria Falls gorge was one of the highlights of the trip - in the pouring rain!
