Not sure what to say?

Dear Georgie, So many great memories growing up in Edgewood....my Dad coached you in Little League and your Dad coached me and my brother, Billy.....just wanted you to know I still pray for you every day and shall never forget you and the blessings you brought to everyone whom you knew. Please pray for us all in Heaven. Amen! His Grace and Love~ Bobby Burns

I knew George from Park View Jr High and Cranston East. He was a special person - always happy, positive and nice to everyone. We could sure use more people in the world like George. He will be missed.

Attended Park View and Cranston East with George. He was a good man with a very dry sense of humor. I wish peace and comfort to the Alsfeld Family.

Thinking of you all today and sending our continued support and love to our extended family. We are changed for the better for having known George and he will remain in our hearts forever, in every family gathering, O's game and with every "first one today". Much love from Maryland and the Shaffer, DeBaugh, Gomes, Neverosky and Espinoza families.

To Alsfeld Family,
Sorry to hear about George's passing. The last time I saw him was in my mothers restraurant having lunch with your mother. We had a nice conversation. He was the only person I know who said he would play hockey better if he didn't practice. Always having fun in Edgewood back then with all the boys.

To George's Family: I am so deeply saddened to learn of your loss. I knew George throughout childhood and until graduation having grown up around the corner on Bluff Avenue and graduating with him at CHSE in 1975. He was a sweet and caring person who I am certain will be missed by so many. Edgewood has lost so many of its "boys" including my brother Adam Boudreau a few years ago. Please take comfort in knowing he leaves fond memories in the hearts and minds of many.

to Lenny and Peggy and the Alsfeld family,

I am so sorry to hear of George's illness and passing. I will always remember him as the little brother when we were all at CHSE. It's been many years but the memories of times at the Alsfeld home are all good ones.
My thoughts and prayers are with you all.

I will miss you Uncle George. I always enjoyed running into you up in Bel Air.

"Hey Shorty, it's your birthday! You're gonna party, like bacardi! :)"

Gone but never forgotten!

Lee, Betty, Len, Peg, and Nancy, George and I would always call each other on our birthdays and start the day with this song! Had to sing it again for him and don't worry tonight will be "first one today" for sure! I'm so sorry for your loss, and am always here for you if you need me. Love Dude!
