It saddened me greatly to hear that George had passed. My prayers to God Almighty as Janet and the entire family grieve his loss. May our Heavenly Father be very close at hand.
Beginning in SCHS Wood Shop our freshman year, George and I developed a great friendship. We both loved racing homer pigeons and fishing. We spent 1000s of hours together, fished Pardee Reservoir with Mel and Mel Jr. and even took a Bristish Columbia fishing trip. Except for running over a 3 point buck at 5AM...
