Not sure what to say?

Very sorry to hear of cousin George´s passing. My brother John, sister Jeannie and I enjoyed our lunches together with Gracie and George reminiscing about our mutual Aunts/Uncles. May your memories comfort you. Love and deepest sympathy to all of George´s family, Mary Anderson Meylan

Grace and family, I knew George when we were working on the Michigan Diabetes Research and Training Center grant and subsequent encounters with diabetes care and research. He was a very personable, dedicated physician with a unexpected sense of humor that he used very effectively. May you be sustained by your many life memories. Blessings and peace.

I am imagining George and Grace traveling across Europe in their TR-3 convertible with wind beneath his wings. Thinking of your family, Nancy, Andy and John with all the hockey games that George sat through over the years.

I am very sorry for you loss. It sounds like your dad/husband lived a very productive and satisfying life. May he rest in peace.

Dear Grace, Nancy, Andy and John- We are so sorry for your loss in the passing of your husband and father, George. What a phenomenal life he had, and how fortunate for all of you to have been a part of it. It is so hard to say goodbye. But, as believers we know he is with Our Lord and will be reunited with all of you in God's time. You all are in our prayers, and may God bless you all at this most sorrowful time.

What a lovely obituary. I did not know George, but knew Grace through Ann Arbor Thrift Shop, and son John, slightly, through my husband. May he rest in the pleasures of his memories! Judy Burt

Dear Grace, John, Nancy and Andy, it was with sadness I learned today that George had passed. He was definitely one of the good ones and a favorite leader within the Department of Pediatrics and Mott Children´s Hospital. A humble man with so many successes in life. A wonderful family and legacy. You have my condolences and thank you for sharing him with so many of us. Fondly, Sara Hickey
