Dear Gwen, Ed and families,
Please accept my sympathy on the passing of my early 1960s YMCA Church League basketball teammate. It was great to read of his subsequent accomplishments.

What a wonderful, very intelligent and friendly man he was. I worked with him at GE Astro Space (Lockheed Martin now) from 1989-97. I sat next to him and he mentored me in designing test fixtures. I am so grateful for his help and sharing of his engineering knowledge! God Bless you Mr. Baxter and your family. People like you are greatly missed.
