What a wonderful, very intelligent and friendly man he was. I worked with him at GE Astro Space (Lockheed Martin now) from 1989-97. I sat next to him and he mentored me in designing test fixtures. I am so grateful for his help and sharing of his engineering knowledge! God Bless you Mr. Baxter and your family. People like you are greatly missed.
