George L. Belcher, Jr. of Berkshire George L. Belcher, Jr., 74, passed away on July 23, 2008. He is survived by his loving companion, Betty Foster; two children, Allan and Patricia; three brothers; several grandchildren, nieces and nephews. Burial and Service will be at a later date.
