Not sure what to say?

IT WAS A VERY SAD DAY AT CEDARBROOK WHEN WE HEARD ABOUT GEORGE. I HAD THE PLEASURE OF KNOWING HIM FOR A GOOD 12 YEARS. HE WOULD TEASE ME ABOUT BEING "SMART" BECAUSE I WENT TO CENTRAL CATHOLIC HIGH SCHOOL... AND FEW YEARS AFTER HIM OF COURSE! HE WAS ALWAYS HAPPY DELIVERING COFFEE, NEWSPAPERS AND MAIL FOR STAFF AND RESIDENTS. NO MATTER WHEN OR WHERE I WOULD SEE HIM HE WOULD ALWAYS WAVE AND SAY HI... HE WAS A FUN AND SWEET MAN. I ALWAYS TOLD HIM HE WAS MY FAVORITE GEORGE... RIGHT AFTER GEORGE...

I was so sorry to hear about George’s passing. With all this COVID at Cedarbrook I wasn’t able to see or talk to him. Again, I’m so sorry for your loss. He was a good friend.

George was my neighbor in Catasauqua. He was always helpful, lending tools and giving information. We had many conversations standing in front of his house in all kinds of weather. He loved his dogs, his old truck and his cigarettes. About his truck, he said, if he took $1000 to buy
a vehicle, he expected to come home with $900. One time I asked why he had shorts on when the snow was a foot deep, he told me it was like summertime in his house. lol He kept an eye on my house...

To George's Family...my deepest condolences. George lived behind my parents in Catty for many, many years. In high school I was a majorette and he always bought hoagies, raffle tickets, etc. I was always thankful for his support. May the memories that you made remain in your hearts forever.

To George's family, you have my most heartfelt condolences. As a former receptionist, I always remember him bringing me coffee, delivering the newspapers to the other residents and a big Hi Jo! But most of all his great attitude and happy go lucky way. Sincerely, Jo Sacchet

I want to say that George was a very nice person he always sayed hi and talked to me when I would be pulling trucks to the floors because I am a food service worker at cederbrook nursing home Allentown I would always see him and he would always have a very good attitude. Also I would always remember that for any meal it would be double portion. We would always talk about the eagles and Steelers because I am an eagles fan.he will always be my friend.
