George T. Boykins NORFOLK - George T. "Bubbles" Boykins of the 3100 block of Azalea Garden Road died Aug. 10, 2008. A graveside service will be at 11 a.m. Friday at Greenlawn Cemetery, Hampton. Carlos A. Howard Funeral Homes, Norfolk Chapel, is in charge.
