George Broom

George was a wonderful band director. I played with his New Horizons band for a short time I was living in Marietta, Georgia.

I played in the New Horizons Band in Marietta, Georgia under George's direction.
He was a very fine gentleman and I know he will be missed by many.

George Broom was a special person in our lives. He taught Keith, Julie and Tim music at Etowah high school and directed both Keith and me in the Cherokee chorale. He taught us all to appreciate music in our own way....He will be definitely be missed by us. I want to wish his family well in this time of mourning. Sincerely Kathy and Don Ishmael
