To my wonderful Godfather, George: I will miss you very much. I was very blessed to have called you my second dad. I will always love you. You taught me so much about basketball and other sports. Thank you for being such a huge part of my life. To Helen and Keith and family: I love you guys and I'm praying for you all. I'm so sorry that George is gone. Please know that his memory will be with me forever.

It is sad to hear we have lost another railroader. He was a gentleman and fine engineer and it was a pleasure to work with him..

Helen and Boys - we were so terribly sorry to hear of George's passing. We spent over 20 years in the same neighborhood, always friends. Our hearts are sad for you. Cookie and Sam Newton
