George Leonhard Caldwell

I served with George in the Florida House of Representatives in 1970. I deeply respected his intellect and integrity. My sincerest regrets to his family.

Though Donna and I feel a terrible sadness just now, I know that in the future I will always smile when I think of George and the fun times we had over the past 45 years.

To Dr.G.Caldwell.Jr :although I am In Argentina now,I do regret your loss.

My deepest sympathy to the Caldwell family. I was lucky enough to see "King George" just about every day I've worked at Kelly's Landing for the past four years. His quick visit, always between 5-5:10pm, was a joy and a highlight of my shift. The entire crew is heartbroken.

I am so sorry for the loss of your father. My thoughts are with Libby, Zanny, George and your families during this difficult time. I have such fond memories of your family.

My condolences to Bill and Hester and the others in his family. I remember him when he was a student at St. Paul's and at home for vacations and I was an impressionable lad several years younger, and also for some kindness he later showed to my brother.

So very sorry to hear of the passing of Mr. Caldwell. Fond memories, of this fine man, all the way back to the Miss Johnson years. Thoughts and prayers to Zanny, Georgie, Libby and the entire Caldwell family.

Our thoughts and prayers are with the entire Caldwell Family this week. We will all miss a wonderful family man and local community leader. George leaves behind many fond memories, a strong family and a lasting legacy.
