Not sure what to say?

By odd circumstance, we have some old letters that were going to be thrown away (that are addressed to Mrs George B Callahan -Trudy). I was fascinated by how old they are, and I wanted to see if I could find the family to see if they would like to have them. The letters were left in a home in TN. If that's possibly your family, feel free to reach out to me. [email protected]

I am so sorry for your loss. Please find peace and comfort in knowing that God cares for you and will help you in your time of need. (1 Peter.5:7)

Being a small part of George Callahan's journey through life is an honor and a privilege. He was always a pleasure to be around and had great stories to tell. He was an example to all as a husband, a father, and a patriot. You will forever be an inspiration to us, George. Enjoy your R&R in heaven. We already miss you.

LOTS OF LOVE

Truly one of the best... Trudy, Kathy and Richard, so sorry to hear of George passing.. Sharon and I cherished our time being neighbors and getting to know just how great a man and hero George was.. He will be greatly missed by everyone who got the opportunity to know him!

In 1986 I completed Residency and was sent to Homestead, Fl. We knew absolutely no one and we're separated from our families for the first time in our lives. We had the great fortune of meeting George and Trudy . They became uncle George and aunt Trudy to our four children; Don, Dave, Deanna and Daniel. They adopted our family and we spent every birthday, holiday and special occasion with them for the next four years. George was the epitome of a gentleman and our entire family loved him...

A true American hero, a calling well served, a full life well lived. Our condolences to Trudy and family. My staff and I will miss George.

George you were an amazing man. All of us at village east will miss you

George was the ultimate gentleman. He was always smiling, upbeat and ready with a wonderful story. He and Trudy were so fortunate, they each found the best. Our deepest condolences go out to Trudy, Kathy and Richard. A tremendous loss of a wonderful man. He is now in God's care.
