To all the Carney family- While its been many years, I have vivid memories of his friendly demeanor. Always with a smile and a pleasant greeting to us "kids". My condolences to Mrs. Carney and the entire Carney clan.

Dear Marilyn and Family, my heartful condolences on the passing of George. A tear came to my eye on seeing his obituary. I worked for George at A&P in the 70's in several stores. He was a wonderful man with a magnetic personality and all his employees loved him as did I. The world's loss is Heaven's gain! May your memories of him give you strength and peace in this time of sorrow!

SINCERE CONDOLENCES TO MARILYN AND ALL OF GEORGE'S FAMILY ON YOUR LOSS. HEARING GEORGE'S NAME HAS ALWAYS BROUGHT A SMILE TO MY FACE. I HAVE FOND MEMORIES WORKING WITH GEORGE AT A&P FOOD STORES BACK IN THE 70'S AND PLAYING POKER WITH GEORGE, DON BURRIDGE, BOB BERGER AND DICK WOZNEY. GEORGE WAS A WONDERFUL MAN AND THE WORLD WILL NOT BE THE SAME WITHOUT HIS KIND HEART, INFECTIOUS SMILE AND GREAT PERSONALITY.
