Not sure what to say?

To My Dearest Aunt Martha and my Cousins ; Cathy, Linda, Andy, and Kenny. May God comfort you during this time of bereavement. I sure looked up to my Uncle George .Not only was he one of the best examples I´ve ever seen of a real man of God, a Father and a Grandfather, he was kind and loving and had a wonderful sense of humor as well. I´m so glad I got to come to Texas and see him (and most of you ) five years ago . We love you all. Carol Rae

My deepest condolences to all of the Carpenter family. George was a wonderful man of God, and worked many many years in His service! Brother George Carpenter came to our church many times over the years to minister, the creation seminar, and to promote the wonderful ministry of the Gideons. Great is his reward in heaven! George was a wonderful man of God, who was loved by so many. Over decades, he never wavered in his example & commitment to his Lord Jesus. We send love to Martha & his family.

George was a knowledgeable, devout leader -- a stabilizing presence -- at Bible Study Fellowship for many years. We are all better for having known him. May he rest in peace.
