Dr. Carr was my mother's doctor for many years. When she passed in 1989, he told our family "the fight was over". He was a kind and thoughtful doctor and cried along with the family at mom's passing. We are very thankful for Dr. Carr and the great care he gave mom. God bless the family during this time of sorrow!

Dr. Carr was a dear friend and medical colleague. We practiced in the same medical building at 14 W. Jordan St. We shared some patients from time to time-- he a surgeon and I as gastroenterologist. We worked as colleagues on Baptist Hospital staff and also at Escambia County Medical Society. He was a credit to his profession and to his community. He leaves an outstanding legacy.
Sympathy to the family at this time of mourning.
