Professor Chillingar was truly a great man. He was my professor, mentor and friend. His kindness and supportive nature went far beyond the classroom. He treated his students like family welcoming us to his home, especially during Christmas, and flew overseas to attend our wedding. For me prof. George Chilingar was like a father. While pursuing master´s degree at USC I was lucky to become a close friend to him and his family. We used to hang out a lot and visit his favorite barber in ktown biweekly)) He thought me not only PTE500 and 545, but also many many life lessons, to which I am very grateful.
