Not sure what to say?

Sadden to learn this week that Mr. Churchill passed away a year ago. I remember meeting him once back in the early 70's at my grandmother's house. Since that day he was a part of our family as her trust officer until he retired in 2015. I grew up knowing him as Mr. Churchill. To this day I refer to him as Mr. Churchill. Interesting to learn he was only 11 years older than me. It was fun to see his picture. Since we only had a phone friendship being he was on the East Coast and I was on...

I have known Rick since I was a little girl. His humorous spirit was contagious. All in our family (three generations) felt he was family. He is kind, thoughtful, generous, funny, smart, loved his long hair back in the day !! Rick will be missed by all who knew him. All in our family send our wishes for comfort to all in his family.

Rick will be dearly missed. He was a great man with a sense of humor and intelligence that was a marvel to behold. Before the days of instantaneous internet searches he was a person who always seemed to know the answer to any question. We will all carry his memory and spirit with us in our hearts.

I haven't known Rick and Fred very long but even in this short time I admired their friendship with each other. You can love someone with all your heart but its being friends that sets the stone in a relationship and marriage. Rick's smile was genuine and always comforted me and I wish that when you think of Rick, you remember his smile, and you will smile too. Sincere sympathy, Rosemary/St. Johnsbury, VT

The first time I met Rick, he and Fred were either picking up or dropping off their dog and I liked him right away. Good I thought, this is good. I am so very sorry to hear of his passing may your memories soften your grief Fred.

I have know Rick for almost 14 years. He was a caring, generous, helpful person and friend. I will never forget when he and Fred took me to get my eyeglasses when I had shattered my knee cap.My condolences and prayers to Fred and family.Rest in peace Rick. You will be missed. Hugs Fred!Love Lucia D.
