Not sure what to say?

I admired Mr. Cochran's intellect, leadership, and accomplishments. I was honored to have worked in one of his departments at the Reserve Bank. On several occasions, I enjoyed his piano talents at some bank gatherings. May GOD watch over his family and loved ones.

Dear Jerry,
I've just returned from a two week trip to Italy, but a friend of mine whose son worked at the Fed for Calloway had emailed me your sad news. Mary Alice was one of my bridesmaids and remembered you and Calloway from Bill's and my wedding when Calloway was best man. My deepest sympathy to you, Mary and Robert.
Love, Sarah Wixson

Calloway was Curt's oldest and dearest friend, a schoolmate from Highland Park. We will miss talking to him and his wonderful sense of humor. Our prayers are with you, Jerry, Mary and Robert.
Love,Carolyn and Curt

Cal Cochran was my boss at the Dallas Federal Reserve Bank in the 1970s. Along with a mastery of financial institutions law he had a great sense of humor and was a joy to work with. One doesn't expect to find a Harvard lawyer with a Julliard degree at the Fed but he was as down to earth as anyone. He was a great mentor and a fine gentleman. My best wishes go out to his family.

Cal has always been one of my favorite people. I'll miss his unique humor as well as his kindness and intelligence. It was a priviledge to have worked with him and to have known him these many years.

I have pleasant memories of K thru Hi Park as your classmate. Congratulations on your life well lived

Robert,
Our family was so sorry to hear of the passing of your father. We enjoyed your company and friendship up here at the hospital. You and your family will be in our prayers.

Calloway, I remember the night you gave us meaning. We always gathered outside while our better halves were carrying on the usual Dance Council meeting. We would sit and drink wine and discuss the world. One such night you addressed us saying "I have come up with a name to call ourselves. From now on we will be known as SOTS. Society Of Terpsichorean Spouses!" Calloway, we wish the best for those left behind with all our love. From one SOTS to another, I love ya, man.

Mr. Cochran was a great guy. He had a truly sharp wit and could hear a pin drop from 50 paces. I enjoyed my years at the Fed when Jim Stull and I officed in the same suite as Cal and Nancy. God Bless you and your family, Cal. Rest in peace.
