What a legacy he has left and John, he must be so proud that you have carried on and maintained the same standards in quality, service, atmosphere, that he became famous for. My mother loved going to the restaurant and took us often when we were young. Mr. C always came to the table to say hello and share a new joke he heard. He had a great sense of humor and will be missed by many.

I am so sorry to hear of the passing of Mr. Constantinou. I have so many wonderful memories of seeing him both at Holy Trinity and at the restaurant. He was always such a class act and always wore such a warm & loving smile. My father and mother loved both George and Priscilla very much. My Dad and I will cherish the memories. Our condolences to the entire Constantinou family. May his memory be eternal.
