George A. Cotton Jr. PORTSMOUTH - George A. Cotton Jr., of the 100 block of Truxton Ave., died Feb. 13, 2009. A graveside service will be held Friday at 10:45 a.m. in Albert G. Horton Jr. Memorial Veterans Cemetery, Suffolk. Carlos A. Howard Funeral Homes, Norfolk Chapel, is in charge.
