Not sure what to say?

I just learned of the passing of this wonderful man. He made an everlasting impression on all that met him, and I am certain those friends and family he left behind will never ever forget his incredible positivity. RIP George

Although we never met, George and I became good friends through our many phone conversations regarding our mutual love of music. I sent out a monthly list of records for sale. George explained to me that he would always get the list later than most and he would miss out on many of the records he was interested in. After he told me that I would call him prior to the mailing and give him a heads up on what was on the list. Through these calls a friendship was formed. I miss those calls. RIP George

George was a great friend and golf partner. I will miss our phone conversations as he was quite the character. Sorry i was unable to get to his memorial service. My thoughts are with the family.

Thanks for the good times Georgie.

Erin my sincere condolences to you and your family. George was great guy, wonderful football official and every time I met him he always displayed his wonderful personality.
I am so sorry for your loss. I will keep George, you and your family in my prayers.

Worked with George in the late 70's to early 80's at District Court, Springfield. I recall loving the bantering back and forth with him along with the warmth George projected to all those he worked with. I have thought of him so often over the years, it was an honor to know him.
