The Fragoyannis Family (Piraeus, Kalamata, London, Denver) cannot be grateful enough for your decades of friendship. Never Forgotten From Stylianos, Steven, Aristotlis, Alexander

I will be thinking of George on the anniversary of his passing.

A great American with big heart for all

A big heart in a great man , a kind father for all , we miss you Mr Demeter, we love you Mr Demeter.

This was a great American with his rich herratge from Greece , Mr Demeter is Newbury street king ,with such a warm, loving heart with his humble smile, he never was mean like some other landlord, he was kind to me as new broker, helpful, like a kind father to his son, we miss Mr Demeter so very much, we love you Mr Demeter sir very much, and I am a very lucky man that came to encounter a great American hero like you sir

Katerina, I cannot believe 5 years have passed since George's passing. I think of him and the courageous battle he fought. George was gentle and kind and I will always remember him.

Alexandra,
The rose on the door of 92 Marlborough made me sign on to read the heartfelt obituary of your Dad. My deepest sympathy. I did not know him, but knowing you makes me realize the kindness and generosity of his spirit spread to the next generation. He was a visionary and so good to see his company continuing to provide rentals in well kept buildings in a crazy real estate market. Hope your family can take the time to grieve and appreciate his legacy.
