Singing in the THS Concert Choir, along with the Taunton Civic Chorus under Mr. Dietzler's direction was always a pleasure I will not forget. Along with being a great teacher, I see he was also a retired Navy Veteran. Thank you for your service. My condolences to his family.

A flood of Memories and Music came back to me upon hearing about the death of the Maestro Mr. Deitzler!!! Please accept my deepest sympathy. In a small way, Mr. Deitzler made me the musician I am today.

My sincerest thoughts and prayers to all the family. at Taunton High School Mr. Dietzler was a major influence in my interest in all types of music, which I still cultivate today. I will always remember him working with us and supporting us at the Southeastern Mass Regional Music Festival - an invaluable experience.
