Coach Dorn was a great coach at Shawnee and Northwestern. He didn't make it easy at practice but he brought out the best in his players, not just on the field but beyond football.

Jeff was the new Head Football Coach at NW and I was one of his assistant coaches fresh out of college. He was a true leader and it was an honor and pleasure to have worked with him. When he retired I filled his OWE position. RIP
