Our thoughts are with the family. Shirley and I always felt close to your family and often corresponded with your parents via letter or e-mail. I always enjoyed swapping army (separated by 20 years) and hunting stories with George. He and Everrett were both stationed at the same base in Texas at the same time during WWII but neither knew it till one day when they both showed up at mail call when their last name was called.
