Not sure what to say?

I was shocked and saddened to discover the sad news of the passing of a very fine fellow, George Ek. I was very proud to call him my friend. George was a gentleman with a quick wit and a sharp mind. He taught me so much and I will forever hold him in my thoughts and prayers, right along with my late father. My sincerest condolences to George's family.

Sorry to hear of George's passing. I'm Ken Troolin's granddaughter, and my family and I always enjoyed George's visits to Minnesota. You are all in our prayers. Amy Troolin

Sorry to hear of your passing. I might not have seen you many times but i was proud to call you my brother-in-law. I know your family has many memories to help them in the future when they miss you.

We were not rich with money but we were rich with LOVE and that is what matters in the end. I love you Daddy! Pauline, Steve and Joe

I am so proud to call Mr. George Ek my friend. I say is name and can't help but smile. I loved to read his jokes and here about the family. We laughed together most times, a couple times we cried. He loved his life, the good and the bad. He loved you, his family so much.
My heart feels heavy for your loss, but only for a moment because Mr. Ek would want us to remember him kindly, as a man ready smile and a caring heart.
God's love to you my friend, a fair wind and a following...

We may not have had money but we certainly had more LOVE in our family than most that I know. Thank you Daddy!

Forever in our hearts grandpa. Fly with our families Angels, give them hugs and kisses from all of us.
We love and miss you like crazy
