I had Sister George Ellen in 2nd and 3rd grade CCD at St John's. She was one of the best teachers and kindest souls I have ever known. God's blessings are with her soul now and forever. May she rest in perpetual peace and Christ's love.

Sister George Ellen was one of my 5th and 6th grade teachers at St. John´s. Later I taught with her when I began my own teaching career. She was someone I sought to emulate- kind, thoughtful, well-prepared, and faithful. Received many kind notes and even one within the last year. If ever there was a woman who exemplified what a servant of God should be , it was her. Angel among us. Rest in peace , George.
