I tell my cudets that George Erker and John Murphy are my idols and made me want to become an officer. I wanted to have George's energy and Murphy's laid-back attitude. He will be missed, and I am so very sorry for your loss. I hope he enjoyed his short retirement, and got to spend time with his loved ones.

I am so saddened and shocked to hear of Georgie's passing. My thoughts and prayers are with his wife and sons. Georgie was a great man. He went out his way several times to help us out over the yrs. I always enjoyed his company when he came over. -Thanks again for everything Georgie, you will be missed.

Dear Chris, Georgie and Danny, We are so sorry and sad to hear about George. I know this is a difficult time for all of you, but I hope that you all know how very special your husband and dad was to us. He was a very special person and a very good friend.
