i knew Geroge from working for BAsil and Sid, he was a great guy, and i knew Troy and Geroge, from when they were young, my heart goes out to you and yours.

Mrs. Farah, Troy & Raghad, George & Michelle, Said, you are all in our thoughts and prayers during this difficult time. We are sorry we could not be with you for the services. May you take comfort in knowing that he is at peace.

With all our love...

My heart broke today. Seeing Troy, George Jr, Said....George meant a lot to many of us. But nobody seen his humanity and kindness like I did. You see George was like a father to me and Monty. Yeah, we played a little soccer together, for years. But what he did for me and Mont and a bunch of misfits from 3rd ave goes unreported. George helped so many lost souls on that corridor. I remember him helping so many people at that ole Hamady Bros market..everyday people. A spot in my heart is broken...

I came to know George as a young man through our shared passion of soccer and I was invited to play with his team. I always enjoyed my time on his team, but later moved on to an arch-rival. We spent many years as competitors, but I never lost respect for him. We didn't always see eye to eye on the pitch, but what competitors ever do. My deepest condolences to his wife and sons. May peace be with you and now George

As the days and weeks pass, and as you return to life's routine, may you continue to feel comforted by the love and support of family and friends.

My deepest sympathy to George's family & friends. I have many fond memories of George through out my life. From business with my family, poker with my father and playing soccer against him, George was always a great competitor. May God rest his soul and allow the family peace and comfort. I am a better person for knowing George Farah.
