I'm so sorry to learn of George's passing. I knew him for many years, and always enjoyed spending time with him. A true gentleman and a great guy with an incredible sense of humor. I would always encourage him to get that Hofner bass and start playing again. Rest in peace, my friend--you will be remembered and missed.

Fifty years of unquestioned friendship. The 'inside joke' in just about everything.
